Shipping & Returns
We work hard to ensure our products are available in as many locations as possible and are constantly evaluating ways we can improve the experience for our customers.
Currently we ship all over the world, but due to this, we don’t yet offer free shipping. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to include it.
The shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. For orders outside the EU, customers will be responsible for any additional custom expenses.
All orders will be shipped within one day after the payment, via express shipping option with 2-5 day delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived within that time, please contact us.
We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
For modifying your order, please contact us within 12 hours of order placement.
SHIPPING OF PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-Order items are purchased BEFORE PRODUCTION and are not ready to ship.
Thus, pre-order items have their own estimated shipping date which is located at the description of each item and at the checkout.
If you have already available items in your order together with preorder items, we will ship those immediately.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may exchange or return your items for a full refund within 30 days of having received them.

After the exchange or return request has been processed, you will receive the instruction for further processing.
If you refuse to pick up the package, or if you don’t collect the package on time which results in the package being returned to us, the shipping costs will not be refunded. The package that is returned to us will be considered a return and you will be refunded the amount for the product. A new order must be made to resend the package.
Items need to be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on outsoles), and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
We process refunds within a few days after receiving the items.
Depending on the payment platform it can take up to 5 working days for the money to show on your account.
Please note that we can only process an exchange once we have received the original sneakers in good order.
